Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 or more. Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous US)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Alaska & Hawaii Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or air freight services. Please allow 5–8 business days after processing. Ground shipping is not available to these states — air rates apply and will be reflected at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Supplier-Fulfilled Orders Some products are fulfilled directly by our suppliers. These orders may ship from overseas and can take 7–20 business days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
